Sarah is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, as well as a member of good standing with the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
Through an integrative, modern approach Sarah offers embodied psychotherapy to help women and teen girls reconnect to their whole self. Sarah offers individual therapy that is tailored to the needs of millennial women, modern mothers and teen girls (age 16-19).
Through an integrative, embodied approach, Sarah will help you manage difficulties with greater capacity, understanding and a sense of wholeness. In session together you will develop a deeper understanding of what drives you, build your capacity to meet challenges and navigate your life with more authenticity.
