MEET OUR NEW PRACTITIONERS
Shannon Leis is a Quantum Shamanic Reiki Master with the International Centre for Reiki. She also trains with Pete Bernard of Pikwakanagan First Nation and The 8th Fire School of Sacred Alchemy. Using the body, mind, heart, and spirit connection, she will support you as you ease into a state of deep relaxation for self-healing and clarity.
Reiki is a natural, heart-centered and ancient Japanese energy healing technique that empowers us to become whole in all ways; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
This system of holistic healing restores your energetic frequency, bringing you back into balance, by effectively opening blocked meridians or chakras and clearing your energy bodies.
Each healing session is customized to support your individualized needs and your specific intentions for healing.

Sarah Macdonald is our newest Registered Massage Therapist. Sarah graduated from Westervelt College in 2022 with honours after previously completing her OTA/PTA certificate at Conestoga College in 2020. She focuses on finding the root cause of the aches and pains and using different massage techniques to help clients feel their best. She has had experience working in many different settings such as multidisciplinary clinics, hospitals, and long term care.
Sarah offers Cupping Massage Therapy as an added modality.
Vanessa Faria is a Licensed Soul Therapist®, Generational Healer® and Soul Parent|Spiritual Child™ Evolutionary Educator. She has been trained and continues ongoing mentorship with the founder of these offerings Deborah Skye King from Soul Therapy School®.
She works to help heal ancestral trauma, conditioning and imprinting that keep people living their life in a way that is authentic and empowering. She supports people in healing emotions, limiting beliefs, physical memories and spiritual disconnection that keep them from fully expressing who they really are.
GENERATIONAL HEALING®
Generational Healing® is an ancient healing technique that honours the Earth’s Ancestors. This session is done to support healing your family lineage from emotional, mental and physical pain and trauma at the origin.
These sessions heal both your maternal family lineage and your paternal family lineage and are incredibly beneficial if you experience pain, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, feeling stuck, fear and feel disconnected from who you really are, what your purpose is, and desire to reconnect to your authentic self.
GENERATIONAL HEALING®SESSION (60 Minutes) $197.50
PAST LIFE REGRESSION THERAPY
Includes a 30 min consultation to discuss what you are hoping to heal and release through your regression session, as well as any curiosities or inquiries you may have about the session and your past lives.
You'll then lie down to experience a 1 hour hypnosis and regression into one of your previous lifetimes.
After your regression you will have a chance to debrief your experience with your regression therapist. This is where Vanessa will help you integrate your findings and learnings to feel more empowered and clear of your direction and path moving forwards.

NEW SERVICES
Lindsay is now offering Low Intensity Laser Therapy.
Laser Therapy is the use of monochromatic light emission from a low intensity laser diode or an array of high intensity Super Luminous Diodes to treat musculoskeletal injuries, chronic and degenerative conditions and to heal wounds. The light source is placed in contact with the skin allowing the photon energy to penetrate tissue, where it interacts with various intracellular bio-molecules resulting in the restoration of normal cell function and enhancement of the body’s healing processes.
At Three Tides Wellness we use the Bioflex Laser Therapy System which is designed by clinicians for clinicians and is the gold standard in the industry. Approved by Health Canada for relief of pain, spasm, stiffness, muscle relaxation and increased circulation.

Diane is adding Fascia Decompression to compliment Bowen Therapy and Neurofeedback
Over time, adhesions are created in the fascia due to poor posture, injuries, traumas and scars. These pull us out of alignment causing pain and illness.
By combining Fluid Isometrics (fascial release using the hands) and Block Therapy (fascia release using a therapeutic aid called a Block Buddy), Diane will work to find the source of pain, release it, and bring you back to optimal alignment.
A session will entail a visual assessment then the treatment will be tailored to your needs that day. Clients will wear shorts and a T-shirt and will lie on a cushioned floor mat. It begins with diaphragmatically breathing, then work in the belly and other areas of the body using hands and various sized wooden blocks to melt through and release adhesions in the fascia.
